Scientific-technical support service for molecular analysis and processing of biological samples offers support in the following tasks:

1. Design and support for research projects with biological samples.

  1. Support in the design of research projects with biological samples.
  2. Technical and logistical support to the development of research projects or clinical trials.

2. Processing of biological samples:

  1. Isolation of mononuclear cells from peripheral blood for extraction of protein or RNA.
  2. Isolation and aliquots of plasma or serum.
  3. Aliquots of whole blood.
  4. Protein extraction (mononuclear cells from peripheral blood and tissue).
  5. Extraction of RNA (mononuclear cells from peripheral blood and tissue).
  6. Extraction of genomic DNA (peripheral blood and tissue).
  7. Protein quantification.
  8. DNA and RNA quantification and quality control.

3. Molecular analysis of biological samples:

  1. Analysis of samples by immunoblot.
  2. Analysis of samples by RT-qPCR.
  3. Processing and analysis of molecular results.
  4. Creation of databases and introduction of variables.
